  • Brief: This was my first self-written Children’s book, the story follows a child and her Grandfather on an adventure of imagination as they decide upon building the perfect invention. I've always been interested in mechanical objects, when I was a child my father would often build me a toy or fix a broken piece of equipment, so the idea for the story came to me quite naturally. I tried to get a lot of imagery that was floating around in my head into this adventure, from exotic animals to changing landscapes and amazing magic to fantastic machines.
